AMY CHRISTIE
Director/Inclusion expert
With over 20 years of experience in business management, I’ve worked across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors—bringing with me a deep understanding of how to lead people and manage processes that help businesses run smoothly. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, efficient systems and thrive on clear communication, logical problem-solving, and positive, people-focused leadership.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve developed a strong interest and expertise in neurodiversity inclusion, supporting education institutions and workplaces to better understand, accommodate, and celebrate neurodivergent team members. Whether it’s adapting processes, offering 1:1 support, or guiding inclusive leadership, I believe every person deserves to thrive at work.
